Sarah Morasco was appointed to assist me with the legal aspects of the sale and was outstanding. Her personal and obvious interest in assisting me with a stress free process with the sometimes confusing legal aspects of the sale was outstanding. Sarah went out of her way to assist me with all the associated on-line document signing required and clearly explaining every transaction. She was extremely patient and supportive with assisting with any concerns that I might have, explaining all processes clearly ensuring I had complete understanding. She kept me fully informed of the progresses involved . I cannot recommend her support and concern to make the legal processes more highly. She was excellent! Max Collins
