What really stood out was his genuine commitment, he was always available to take my calls, even after hours, and consistently followed up to make sure every detail was taken care of. Settlement can be such a stressful process but their professionalism, patience, and support made all the difference. When we hit a rough patch during final inspection and settlement Sid instantly sprung into action to deal with it for us. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated at every stage, and gave me confidence that I was in the best hands. Found RESCOMM via Google search - after reading some of the recent reviews, I ended up with 3 options. My gut feeling was to go with RESCOMM as I thought RESCOMM would be the conveyancing company for me....... I was so glad that I chose RESCOMM!!! From the initial enquiry (which they got back to me pretty much straight away), Sid explained the service they provide and what I, as a customer would expect - then Deanna was pretty much in touch at every stage of the process - anytime I called or emailed, I would receive a response in a timely manner. Deanna was also pretty proactive - touching base when certain requirements would come up and provided her professional advice to enable me to make an informed decision. Deanna was able to get all the information/requirements together for the purchase in order for me to actually settle both my sale & purchase simultaneously.
