Diversity- All children on the spectrum are welcome, irrespective of ability or mobility. My child has formed solid friendships in this group, All the kids have. Obstacle courses, group games, ball sports, free play. The crew understand each child’s needs, personalities and likes, and encourage them to adapt, socialise and enjoy. Ooh… and they’re an NDIS provider!

Timmy and the other trainers are motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging, they have me hitting my goals daily! they make it an Environment you want to be in and do your best in! The facilities are amazing from Strength classes to reform Pilates and even boxing they have something for everyone!

Energie Fitness Eltham - NSW

Naciye This is actually a really good gym. It’s excellent value for money and it’s got most of the things you get in other gyms (apart from swimming and sauna) but just on a slightly smaller scale. The staff are really friendly and the classes are the best.

Edward Mills Luke spent the time to understand what I was trying to achieve, diet, how much time I had in a week as well as accommodating the exercises I enjoyed. Luke‘s programs have always been constructed to complete within a reasonable time and he helps you understand HR and tempo so you can maximise that time frame. I really enjoyed working with Luke and have seen not only the visual changes to myself but also the mental changes and enjoyment to work out again. Luke is very knowledgeable and really easy to talk to, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make that balance between fitness gains and everyday life. Ed 42.
