Samantha Prozenko I absolutely love training with Mary and doing one-on-one reformer Pilates sessions with her. She is honestly amazing! Mary is so knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about her clients and their progress. The studio is always super clean, calm, and welcoming, and it’s such a nice environment to train in. Since training with Mary, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my body. I feel more toned, stronger, and more defined. Not only that, but I’ve felt so much fitter and healthier both physically and mentally. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Soul Mosman - NSW

Natalie King I joined Soul Personal Training nearly 2 years ago because I wanted to learn how to strength train properly in my 50’s having never trained in a gym before. I could not have wished for a better PT (Danny) or a more welcoming, friendly and supportive environment from the other trainers at the gym and Shane (the owner). I love my PT sessions and the classes that are available and I now visit 4-5 times a week! I feel fully supported and motivated by the entire team at Soul even on days that are hard! 100% join Soul …. you won’t regret it!

The Code - NSW

Rachel Clapham I have tried many gyms in the past but I could never make working out stick until I found The Code. I feel comfortable and supported by Laura to achieve my fitness goals and enjoy the semi-private small group training. Not only do we work on strength but flexibility and balance as well. I am getting stronger and stronger each day and there is plenty of variety to keep me engaged. I no longer make excuses to workout. When my alarm goes off at 5.30am I jump out of bed and am ready to go. Thanks Laura .
