Excited that they had a pair in my size I asked if they would hold them for me as I was unable to visit the shop for a few days. Alyce was so gorgeous over the phone.. she suggested that she could send them out to me that afternoon. They arrived the next day beautifully packaged and perfect !! Karin Capparelli I went in hoping to repair an old chain. The lovely manager Mani was so helpful. She took the time first to make sure it was silver. She even cleaned it for me. Then when it turned out that it wasn’t Stirling silver, she didn’t try to push me to buy anything. I asked her what she had that was within my budget. She gave me options that were not expensive. Mani did all this with lots of patience and kindness. I found the ideal chain I needed at a very reasonable price. I was very happy with the friendly and efficient service that both Mani and her assistant Martina provided.
