From the start, he was very easy to talk with and knows his stuff. We thought we would never get a home loan in today’s climate - but he proved we could, and are now fully approved by the bank with settlement coming in a few weeks. Luke was very approachable, being available to answer our “at times” stupid questions - and gave us the peace of mind we needed throughout the process. Even when there was a hurdle we thought would prevent us getting the home loan, he was able to pivot quickly to get us what we wanted. We can’t rate Luke high enough! wattaman So far so good. Settled my car loan in November 2023 and the experience has been quite pleasant. I had never heard of this company prior and the broker I used sourced the loan through MoneyMe and I was happy with the offer. First time ever I have been on a variable rate and interest rate reductions have been passed on. Only annoyance is I pay way and above the minimum amount and when they reduce the interest rate, they change my weekly amount instead of leaving it at the set amount I have requested. Not a major issue, but an annoying phone call needed every time. All customer service reps have been excellent and followed through with requests and received an email straight after confirming discussions. Mobile phone app is hardly, but I would like to be able to change payments amounts. All in all a good experience so far.

David is very friendly, has tonnes experience and someone who will go by the rule book and make you feel in safe hands all the time. I would highly recommend meeting David if you are new to market and looking for hasslfree closure.
