Before finding Santos Customs I had gone to Gregory’s and Starco and got nowhere on my repair! Even in talking about a complete redesign after damaging my rings - I stumbled across Santos Customs and I’m so happy I did. I thought I’d give one last go before resorting to Sydney City jewelers and was so impressed by Romel and the team. Their customer service right from the beginning was amazing, he added value before $ was even transacted and his work was immaculate when the rings were finally ready. 5 /5 Rena Rena: Ive been seeing Santos Customs Jewellers since before they moved to Mtt Druitt shopping center. Theyve always gone above and beyond on helping me get what I want at an affordable price, and educate me on the craft of jewellery making itself. No matter how far I move, they will always be my go to for anything jewellery. For something as little as cleaning to custom jewellery making. I would give 10 stars if it was an option. Recently have received my wedding bands, and once again Romel knocked it out of the park. I cant wait to be able to wear it full time and show it off every day

Anthony Potter Booked an appointment for a valuation days in advance, received a confirmation email, stood out front of business in the cold for 45mins. No answer on phone number provided and no reply to my email until next day only to be to that a valuer isnt on site anyway and Id have to leave my goods and that he never received my booking and he dosnt work Saturdays ( my booking was on a monday) yet I had received a confirmation of my booking and after all that not even and apologie.
