The case against me was very serious and if I didnt have someone like Samuel with his experience & knowledge on my side, the outcome without a doubt would have been bad. During the consultation he presented me with an alternative approach, a section 14 application and this aligned with my situation perfectly. During every court hearing, Samuel honestly fought for me all the way and that is the only reason I achieved the best result possible, all charges dismissed! 5 /5 Boston Jeffery (Jade): Samuel was the first person I called after I unwittingly came afoul of NSW police. Several years ago I was fortunate enough to have Samuel assigned my case by legal aid for a serious matter. The result he achieved for me then was orders of magnitude better than we expected and far exceeded our highest hopes. Legal aid was not available this time around and despite there being a lot cheaper alternatives for representation I wanted SAS Lawyers and Samuel in my corner, even though it was a rather trivial matter and there was little risk of a custodial sentence. Once again Samuel proved his worth, providing a service that of he were a chef would earn more than 1 Michelin stars. A guilty plea was entered after going through the different options and probable consequences, along with the relative costs At sentencing Samuels reputation meant our case was assigned early and the first heard. After Samuels summation of the circumstances and my efforts to re-enter society and a short deliberation by the judge we received the best possible outcome a good behaviour bond for 1 year upon completion of which no conviction would be recorded.
