The make and shipping were really quick and I very much appreciated the compostable and thoughtful packaging (the lovely handwritten note). Buying Australian made has never felt and looked so good. Im itching to buy my next piece from here already.

Not only did Hayley make me a beautiful ring for my wedding last year, she ensured it was shipped in time for the big day and even resized it for free after I realised I should have ordered a smaller size. Communication has been quick, clear and very friendly. The workmanship on the ring is perfect – fine detail and diamonds which haven’t stopped sparkling. The photos dont do it justice! Very impressed with all aspects of Serpent & the Swan and looking for an excuse to buy more jewellery!

The quality of her work is just incredible! I’ve had both custom and off the shelf pieces and everything is of the highest quality, visually amazing but also durable enough for everyday wear. Every time Hayley has created pieces for me, they havent just been unique, but pieces I will keep for a lifetime. I also love just visiting Hayley (and her pup Zola) at Serpent and Swan. She is the kindest person, and the studio always feels relaxed and welcoming which makes the whole process so much more enjoyable. Whether you want something custom made, or like something from her collection, I can’t recommend Serpent and Swan enough!
