5 /5 Colleen Smith: I have been attending Shape Fitness for over 6 years. I am an older woman that is trying to stay fit and healthy and have found that Katie and her staff always easy to work with and adapt exercises to suit my level of fitness and flexibility. I love that the class sizes are small as it’s almost like having your own personal trainer. All the women are supportive to each other no matter the age and there is always a few giggles to be had. I highly recommend Shape Fitness to any woman looking for a gym that can support not only their fitness goals but also their dietary habits.
