Michelle Pike Ive been doing PT sessions with Matt at Basic Training Fitness for almost a year now and I cant recommend him highly enough. The results weve achieved in that time have been fantastic. My fitness levels are the best theyve ever been and the cms have just melted away. Matts experience and approach to training has been invaluable in helping me break through some tough physical and mental barriers to keep hitting all the goals we set.
