5 /5 blessy varghese: I bought a watch from Shiels (Blacktown) and the lady named Shubs was so friendly and nice ..told me some of the features about the watch which I didn’t know. Shiels is very lucky to have you as a staff ..appreciate her customer service..I would recommend my family and friends too!!

1 /5 Kaveeta Maharaj: I bought a dress watch from Blacktown Sheils to give as a present. First lie was you can only have the display model as I had just put it out. I accepted that. One week later I opened the package to show someone what I had bought and realised the clasp was damaged and it wouldnt stay closed. Took it back to store , 2nd lie i was told right in my face was the first lady was correct as whatever is displayed is the only stock on the floor. I went and checked and "miracle" the same watch was displayed. I just expected them to take care of their defective watch which has never be worn, in a reasonable way. I was told to accept a 10% off voucher and get it fixed myself as the warranty is not on the band. But its a brand new watch!! I was flabbergasted that in this day and age the response is like this. I said send it back to your company as its defective and the lady started telling me that I have to pay for the repair as "not under insurance". I am not sure how they are operating with this kind of policies. So Buyers Beware when shopping at Sheils. I am never going back there and did not accept the "10%" voucher to get my defective watch fixed.

5 /5 Garry Watkins: I bought a lovely Tommy Hilfiger watch on Sunday 31st July 2022, from Shiels in Blacktown and I love it. The service was fantastic too however I have noticed that the watch is missing a blue "washer" around the crown and will contact the store to get this rectified. It had the washer while in the display window but right from when I purchased it, the washer is missing. Update: Shiels Blacktown, called me on Friday 5th August and on Sunday 7th August, they had a brand new, replacement watch for me. Outstanding service and all the staff are very nice and understanding. I would highly recommend shopping at Shiels in Westpoint Shopping Center in Blacktown.
