What really stood out was the customer service. When I received the cross, I realised it didn’t quite fit my chain. I reached out to Holy Grace, and they responded quickly and professionally. They were incredibly helpful and had the issue sorted without any fuss. They made the necessary adjustment, and now it fits perfectly. Overall, both the product and the service were excellent. I highly recommend Holy Grace to anyone looking for well-made religious jewellery and genuine customer care. Will definitely be purchasing again in the future

Anndy Edwards Great jewellery, staff not great. Pushy woman started to passive aggressively bully me when I asked her to stop putting necklaces on me. I told her I wasnt shopping for a necklace, yet she continued to put necklaces in front of me. When I asked her (for the third time) to show me only earrings and rings she called me hysterical and laughed in my face. Then she tried to convince my parents to buy the necklace for me! No means no. Please learn to respect your customers. If I hadnt travelled to that Westfield to specifically purchase Magnolia jewellery I would have walked away. Great jewellery, excellent price point. Avoid the South African woman. She left a bad taste in my mouth.
