Her customer service was amazing- really connected with customers so well without going overboard and greeting customers with a genuine smile. She got what I wanted done really quickly as well. She was incredibly helpful and patient, guiding me through different options and helping me find the perfect gift for my girlfriend for our 2-year anniversary. Maria really went above and beyond, offering thoughtful suggestions and showing genuine care in making sure I found something meaningful. Just a few days earlier, I had visited a different Pandora store but left empty-handed because I didn’t feel supported in finding the right piece.
