5 /5 Narian SIngh: Hi Folks, I would like to share a very positive experience I have had with Snap Fitness at North Ryde. It is very rare to get prompt professional well educated customer service/assistance. This accolade is also for Scott @ for Snap Fitness at North Ryde. I do not like to go to Gyms (too daunting and feel out of place - I am not exactly slim ) I like to go for walks and stretching at home etc -but with a bad knee getting worse I missed my walks etc. However, a friend suggested I try this Gym and he convinced me that I would feel very comfortable as it is a medium sized Gym and not many attend at 9am -12pm and between 2 pm - 4.30pm. It was fantastic to meet Scott who guided me thru the different machines and gave excellent advice – and was always on hand to assist. I explained to him the past surgeries I have had on my knee and present condition etc. He recommended the machines to use and how many repetitions/weights I should be doing and teached me the correct posture etc . My knee has improved considerably and now walking much more comfortably. It has been a joy to attend as it is not busy after the usual morning busy times. I feel very comfortable. I need to share the excellent experience and the appreciation of the service I had with Scott since joining this Gym. He gave me excellent and exemplary customer service. He was patient with my numerous visits/queries and answered all my questions in a highly informative and courteous manner. Added bonus is that there is Coles and coffee shop in the complex – for after the workout.

1 /5 May Bayasgalan: Terrible experience with Snap Fitness. I gave notice to cancel months ago but was pushed into pausing instead, creating unnecessary complications. Even after providing medical and physio letters, they still refuse to cancel without a hospital letter which is something never mentioned in the contract. On top of that, the gym is always overcrowded after work, so I never had a real chance to exercise. Completely unfair, stressful, and unprofessional. Would not recommend.
