Ella Sutton I joined Dukes recently with the 28 Day Transformation promotion and would highly recommend it! I’ve been training with Nathan the past four weeks and he’s been so great. Super friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. I particularly wanted to gain confidence lifting heavier weights and knowing my limits. Nathan has helped me realise I’m a lot stronger than I thought and has curated a great gym program for me to continue getting stronger.

Danielle Wylie Lauren is a gem! I first started training with Lauren about 6 months before my wedding in a mad panic to get into shape and have continued ever since. Ive always hated exercise/gym, but Lauren worked with me to set really clear and achievable short, medium and longterm goals and has held me accountable. She helped with food suggestions and tracking, navigated around a bunch of health issues, and has been largely responsible for me developing a love of being active! Its so refreshing to be trained by someone who is knowledgable and motivating whilst being warm, humble and loves to have a laugh.
