5 /5 Nick Kalderimis: Great facility. Very well equipped with excellent gym equipment. May is a lovely owner/operator with a great, welcoming attitude to all the clients fortunate enough to attend this gym. Also she conducts some impressive group fitness classes too.

The trainers and clients aren’t pretentious, they train hard and never use cliche excuses. A positive and uplifting environment to be around, you feel like a member of a family, not treated like a customer. Would recommend to anyone in the Shoalhaven - worth traveling for!

She is one of only 2 trainers that have been able to push me to my limits & helped me find that “extra 10%” needed to get through the workout. If you’re a local and wanting to get fit/make lifestyle changes/improve your quality of life, the choice is obvious. But don’t just take my word for it. 5 /5 Sonya Holowell: I love this gym! Fully decked out with all the important equipment, and the group classes are challenging, supportive and fun. May (the owner) knows her stuff and is often around to help you out if you need it. Im definitely levelling up my fitness, here!
