Kellie Kendrick I followed a trainer to Royale Fitness from another gym and it has been the best thing I have done! Matt and Tel form interesting and challenging training sessions and are always giving feedback and encouraging members. The mixed classes are awesome, and the womens classes are very inspiring! For me personally it is great that they take my running seriously and help modify weight training to suit my run training and events. They have also been amazing in helping me work through recent neck injury, modifying training sessions and giving me extra workout suggestions to get me back to the things I love. Royale fitness is great for both your physical and mental health!
