5 /5 Carolyn Back: Ive been training at Squad Health and Fitness for many years now, and I can honestly say its my favorite fitness experience yet! What sets Squad apart from others is the ‘community’ feel — I’m not working out with strangers, you’re training with a squad that truly becomes more like friends. Training at 5am is just a little bit easier when you know you’re part of a supportive, motivated and most important, fun group.
The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and always put an emphasis on technique, ensuring we don’t get injured. Each 4 weeks is a new, specially designed program – catering for all levels and capabilities. They take the time to ensure youre performing exercises correctly and always offer adjustments if needed. Its clear they care not just about getting you fit but keeping you healthy in the long run.
The training is outdoors, no matter the season. Whether it’s sunny, rainy, or cold, we train through it all, and it’s honestly refreshing. The sunrises are pretty special. There’s something about the fresh air and the natural surroundings that makes each session feel even more rewarding. The walls of a gym – are not for me anymore!
