Prodigm Group Such fantastic classes with Gloria! I highly recommend this place. I’ve been coming here for three years, and it has helped me stay fit and in shape while also relieving my joint pain.

Jayasooriya Arjuna (AJ) The location close to a ton of workplaces and staff are fantastic, and unlike other Fitness First gyms, this is the only one thats exceptionally clean - however, can we please include some more weightlifting and strength training equipment? It would be great to include a preacher curl bench, hip/glute thrust machine and above all more cable machines since these are popular and almost always taken by other people.

Tristan Truong Love the authenticity and banger music from Mark. Mark(if thats his name) was such a hero and now my idol. He walked valiantly onto the lanes to retrieve stuck balls and pins. Thank you mark for making this such an amazing and memoeable experience. We live you!❤️

Venessa Nguyen Its a real shame theyve neglected maintenance. On a regular day, theres plenty of space and variety of machines and equipment available. Decent parking options. Ground level is nice. As soon as it rains however, it pours, and the top level of the gym is leaking quite badly in several areas (see attached just 2 of the many leaks). The gym becomes hazardous and the owners seem to have no plans or regard for repair. Instead, makeshift buckets are placed haphazardly. Very unsafe. Added to that, the gym is no longer 24/7.
