JUAN HU Susanne is my sons first swimming teacher, who just turned three. Before getting into the water, he was terrified of it . After two lessons, he said he loves swimming and is no longer afraid of water. Im so grateful to Susanne; shes very patient and understanding, giving him a great sense of security.

Sarah Willmot I have been going to Christian for almost 3 months now and I cannot recommend him enough. He takes all of the mental load for the sessions; sets everything up, has all of your exercises planned, and tracks everything to make sure you are progressing. During the session hes incredibly helpful in adjusting form and pushing you to challenge yourself. I also have lower back issues from a lack of core strength, and Christian adjusts my exercises to avoid hurting myself. He also goes beyond the exercise and knows a lot about nutrition. This is the only time in my life that I have noticed changes in my body through changing food and exercise.

Jacqueline Johnston I joined a month ago and it has been the best decision. It’s my first time ever in a gym and I have found everyone on staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, kind, encouraging and extremely approachable. The exercise classes have really motivated me and pushed me, which I 100% need! The gym is clean, well set out, bright and welcoming. I’m happy to say I cannot recommend Snap Ashburton more highly!

Mona Xue I really enjoy playing at Castle Cove Tennis Club. Compared to other courts in Sydney, this one feels much more private and peaceful. The surroundings are quiet and relaxing — its like a hidden gem tucked away from the busy city. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a calm place to play.

However the professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm of the trainers quickly got me out of that slump and I was hooked.
