4 /5 Bronwyn Willits: I have been twice into this branch to sort a problem with my on line banking. Every time I get home, I am still unable to log in. Yesterday I was seen immediately by Frances Liang who sorted my problem in an efficient and kindly manner. She was brilliant and did not treat me like an incompetent senior.! Well done.

5 /5 john jencek: I have been to this branch twice in the last week to get assistance with some complex banking issues for my mother. The first was done by appointment, and I was helped immediately at the scheduled time, and the staff member resolved the issue effectively and in a very cheerful and friendly manner. The second time was a walk in without appointment. There was a reasonable queue, however the staff member that greeted me at the door took note of what I required and messaged one of the specialists who looked after me minutes later. I am unclear on some of the poor reviews below but I have only praise for this branch and its employees.

2 /5 Al C: DO NOT TRUST THE ATM TO DEPOSIT MONEY.. or at least count it first, then be prepared to wait 45 days while they investigate any notes that get lost in the transaction.. Also not REALLY open on the weekend, they have people in there doing customer services satisfaction liaising management or something but no one doing bank work.. like a bank teller..

1 /5 Justin: The majority of the staff at this branch are friendly and helpful, but there is one teller who is both incompetent and unhelpful. I once deposited more than $5,000 in cash, and instead of recording it as a deposit, she recorded it as a withdrawal! I only realised it after I got back to work. More recently, I came in with around $6k in cash. I hadnt counted it, because much of it was made up of $5 notes, and because I know that the branch has a fancy note-counting machine - made expressly for the purpose of counting notes! I gave the cash to this teller, and she asked how much it was. I said I didnt know, and asked her to put it in the machine. She refused, saying I needed to count it. Whats the purpose of the machine? To the branch Management: This lady clearly does not want her job anymore. Im sure there are many people who would love to work for St. George. Perhaps its time to let this bad apple go. It can only get better for the branch after shes gone!
