1 /5 Lee Cooper: Celebrating Lunar New Year but not Australia Day. Signs etc for Lunar NY but no flags or signs up for Australia Day and they are both on around the same time so you cannot say you were going to...... What about showing some Australian spirit! I am a long-term account owner and I am pretty cranky about you celebrating a Chinese event and not an Australian event!

1 /5 Nash Housing: St George Manly NSW - Poor service, unhelpful, limited staff knowledge, plus petty bank fee for transferring money from my account requiring bank to assist due to bank imposed withdrawal limit - Been a St George customer with this same acct for over 30 years. Very disappointed.

5 /5 Ulises Gándara: I had a great experience opening a bank account with the assistance of Margie at the Manly branch. She was incredibly friendly and made the process easy and enjoyable. I appreciated her helpfulness and positive attitude throughout the entire process

1 /5 Adrian Moss: I went into the branch for a newly opened business account to sign the forms and provide ID etc. This was to save time so I could do urgent business from that account. 2 days later I tried to make a transfer from the account but found it was locked. When I called St George helpline they said the Manly branch were unable to complete the account formalities and instead "posted" the paper work to the head office.... Now the money I deposited in my Business account is locked pending bank processes which could be greater than 1 week..... Not happy
