Suzanne Bell I love Lisa’s Pilates reformer classes. They are so much fun. Lisa consistently brings such an upbeat vibe to every class. Lisa will work with you to your capacity, but incrementally pushes you a little further, if that is what you want (like I do!). Lisa keeps you engaged the whole class, always mixing it up, to keep it interesting. I have done many Pilates reformer classes in the past and the standout of Lisa’s classes are they are NEVER EVER boring! The class goes so quickly. Her professional knowledge as a fitness trainer means she will skilfully work around any injuries you may have, whilst you still get a great work out. My core and body feel so much stronger, and as a result, my back pain has gone. I highly recommend Lisa Rankin’s classes. Thank you Lisa

The strength, agility, speed, balance & flexibility program certainly improved my fitness & I could feel the benefits & improvements in the training as we progressed. Her training methods introduced & explained the correct technique to get the maximum benefits. I’m continuing to train with JAN on a regular basis to maintain my fitness. I’m pleased to say that the effort you put in was successful. I will also add that people half my age going through the fitness tests were unable to complete the process.
