This was our second visit to the store, and both times we received nothing but exceptional service. On our first visit, Alex went above and beyond to help me select the right gold pieces — his advice was honest, thoughtful, and clearly given with good intentions, which made me feel completely at ease and confident in my choices. On our second visit, he even skipped his lunch break to assist us personally — his patience and dedication were genuinely impressive. The rest of the team was just as warm and attentive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere throughout the store. The space itself is large, well-organised, and offers an outstanding variety of gold pieces to choose from. We travelled from Brisbane specifically to return here, and it certainly won’t be our last visit. Loyal customers for life! Highly recommend to anyone seeking top-quality gold and unmatched customer care.

Alex served us and he was so patient with us and didn’t sit down once and stayed with us even after they closed the shop until we were happy. he definitely made us happy and had the best service. all the other workers were so friendly and generous. these people are really genuine and don’t want to just sell things, they give honest opinion about what is good gold and what they recommend to wear that won’t get damaged. pure honest people, thanks guys :)

1 /5 Siti Hajar: If I could, I’d give this place zero stars. The customer service is appalling—completely unprofessional. One of the staff couldn’t stop flirting, which was absolutely revolting. I went there to trade in my gold, which was valued at $6,700. They gave me just $6,500 for 59 grams. In return, I got a new piece weighing only 52 grams for $7100, and on top of that, they charged me an outrageous $1,100 as a making fee total. That’s pure robbery! The government seriously needs to crack down on these crooks. When I went back today to check my item, I found it damaged—and I haven’t even worn it yet! You dare to charge $1,100 for making fees when the item looks like it was crafted by a child? What a disgrace! They refuse to fix it, exchange it, or refund me. I will never set foot in this disgusting shop again. Total criminals!

I got a bangle and a ring, though it was a bit of a struggle finding something my size the salesperson was very patience with me. Love my purchase, very beautiful!
