Morgane Le Roux The worst jeweler ever. I gave them a blue topaze ring to have it set in a pendant and they broke my stone. Its useless now. Never go there. The customer service is beyond bad.

Diana Torres This store is so clean, neat and organized. So many cute and adorable gifts items for others and for yourself. The staff in here are so nice and welcoming! Great job! I am not sure if I spoke with the manager on the floor just now, but loved her energy! Of course I got so much more than this. LOL

Marco Nero I recently visited the Fuse Silver store at Castle Towers (NSW) several times this week (and twice today) to purchase gifts for other people. I spoke with several different staff who were all helpful and polite. I felt no pressure to buy and they were able to recommend suitable items for me on request. The service was excellent and the products were both well-made and, in some cases, unique one-off pieces. As a kiosk-style store, I was surprised at the range of Silver items they were selling - and if youre fond of Silver jewellery, this is certainly the place to visit. Each display cabinet has a theme based on the types of gemstones or type of jewellery contained within. - and there are literally hundreds of products to choose from. I have no hesitation in recommending Fuse Silver. Their products are quite well priced when you consider the metal content, any gemstones used and the work of the jewellers and artisans involved. I look forward to checking in again to see any new pieces that arrive in future.

Unlike most jewellers who outsource their casting and manufacturing, Mehdi does all his work in-house, which meant he was one of the very few who could actually melt down and reuse my original gold in the new piece. He carefully designed the new chain and cross digitally and made sure I was completely happy with it before proceeding. He even created a detailed wax model so I could visualise it before it was made in gold. His attention to detail is truly unmatched. Mehdi was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process, making sure every element was exactly as I envisioned. His craftsmanship, dedication, and fair pricing genuinely set him apart — he’s one of the best jewellers I’ve ever come across. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and passionate in this industry, and it was refreshing to experience that with Mehdi. I will never go anywhere else for jewellery. I wholeheartedly recommend Gem Empire to anyone looking for quality, integrity, and exceptional service. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.
