5 /5 Corina OGrady: My partner and I have been doing 2:1 training sessions for a few months now and have absolutely loved it. Mel and Brett have been so inviting and are wonderful. Mel is excellent at developing programs and changes it up every week so you never get bored and its exciting to try new things. Mel tracks all your progress as well so she knows each week to tailor a program that will be challenging and in line with your level of fitness. We have both loved attending this and walk out happy each time. If you are on the fence of trying it I really suggest just giving it a go because it is definitely the absolute opposite of a high pressure tactic gym where you feel guilted into joining.

5 /5 Jaki Metcalf: Small but mighty gym space with all you need from exercise to mental health. The owner knows her stuff. Is knowledgeable, experienced, fun, inclusive. She talks the talk & backs it up. My teenage girls have also been welcomed in the Teen Fit programme. It’s a safe place to learn how to do exercise without any judgement. Cannot recommend The Commune enough.
