The studio itself is beautiful – light, bright, and calming – and has all the equipment you’d expect for clinical Pilates in a supportive group setting.
The little touches make it extra special: water, tea, and towels provided, plus toys and blankets so babies can join too. As a new mum, it felt so reassuring to be in a space that welcomes bubs.
The instructor was also fantastic – knowledgeable, encouraging, and so patient with the babies. She even comforted my little one when he started grizzling so I could focus on the exercises. I left feeling stronger, supported, and uplifted. Highly recommend to any new mums!
