Rehana Di Rico We celebrated my daughters 1st birthday here. Terrific venue for kids birthday parties. Really responsive event space coordinator Rochelle. Lovely size octagonal room with great natural light and flows into outdoor area with synthetic grass and toys. Well equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. Furniture, sound system, tv included.

Sam G I’ve never felt so encouraged and supported to do formal gym classes or regular exercise outside of daily walking - Matt and his team have transformed my well-being and fitness levels, so much so I cannot believe I am so keen to get up and go to group classes almost everyday. My child and my dog are both welcome, which helps me with my work/life balance AND we love the resident pups too. Thanks for bringing a sense of belonging and well-being Great Shape Bayside team ❤️

Nadia KH Its a very big gym with all the equipments you find in any other big centre! The only negative thing i noticed was that there was no AC on the weekend!! And no music!! It was so hot and stuffy inside!!and its wasnt even a hot day outside!

Matthew I joined Regen Croydon a few months ago, after my local F45 (unfortunately) closed - and I am absolutely delighted so far. The gym, equipment and atmosphere is top notch. Incredibly clean, never overly busy so no standing around waiting for equipment, classes are great, and they take so much pride in the upkeep. It also has everything you could possibly need. The app is also easy to use. Staff are excellent. Very friendly, helpful and clearly enjoy what they do. I was invited to a hike coming up which I thought was a great touch, building a community feel. Its also a small chain and I much prefer supporting a small local business that actually cares and takes pride in themselves, rather than a big corporate chain. A premium gym at an incredible price. Highly recommended!
