Sara Miller After having some time away from exercising after having 2 children I was in desperate need of something for myself. I feel so lucky to have found Jess at Vikara. I honestly feel like she has changed my life! Jess is so much more than a pt. She has given me so much support and guidance to achieve my goals and become the best version of myself. Vikara is more than just a gym, there is a beautiful community feel, the environment is so welcoming and comfortable and the level of care that Jess gives to every person that comes through is phenomenal! I couldnt recommend Vikara enough!

Maria Trimboli The instructors are very knowledgeable and create a nurturing and supportive environment. The studio is well equipped and maintained and care and advice is provided for those dealing with injuries. Highly recommended!!

Sophie Veitch This morning I tried one of the MELT. classes taught by Maitland. It was such an amazing experience and a great way to start off the day. She made me feel so welcomed on my first visit. Will definitely be back again !!
