Bridie ODonnell Absolutely love this place! Chris’ yoga classes give you a real, honest pause from the chaos of life. His teaching feels so genuine and grounding. Anyone who gets to be in his class is honestly pretty luck!! Also, Pilates with Lauren! I usually get super self-conscious trying new things, but her classes have such a fun, safe vibe. There’s laughter, zero pressure, and I actually feel comfortable learning (a miracle!). Have also met the owner — she is super warm and warm welcoming too! Such a warm, authentic studio! So glad to have found it!

Brent Being someone who has tried them all, I can comfortably tell you and say that this place is special. The group classes are S&C based and suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. The utilisation of their 1 of a kind rigs is absolute genius. Outside of the group class setting this space also houses a very clean and well thought through commercial gym space with cutting edge machinery, pin loaded machines and free weights section. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE.
