5 /5 Brent: Being someone who has tried them all, I can comfortably tell you and say that this place is special. The group classes are S&C based and suitable for individuals of all fitness levels. The utilisation of their 1 of a kind rigs is absolute genius. Outside of the group class setting this space also houses a very clean and well thought through commercial gym space with cutting edge machinery, pin loaded machines and free weights section. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE.

5 /5 Jarrad Asquith: I’ve been to a range of CrossFit, Hyrox and S&C gyms and just have to say Sweatshop is incredible. - Program is great. 3 strength or hypertrophy days a week (depending on your goals) + a few hybrid full body/VO2 max days. And Sundays are so chill. Just a nice “let’s move the body day”. - Trainers and staff are incredible. Friendly is putting it lightly. They get to know you and your goals. They value good form and warming up properly and are really on top of what weight your lifting and pushing you to go heavier. I’d recommend this gym to heaps of people. If you’re fit and wanna have some fun and be kept accountable. If you’re just getting back into it and need some structure and support. Class vibes are super friendly and not intimidating. Everyone is willing to partner up and have a chat. Special shout out to Maddi. Love her classes and her vibe. Has definitely motivated me to lift heavier. Thanks team!

Em and Maddy were the trainers I saw most often - they’re both so friendly, supportive, and made me feel comfortable from the start. If you’re new to a gym setting, this is the perfect place to get strong and feel supported.

Amazing set up and facilities, equipment but by far the best part are the outstanding and dedicated trainers, particularly Cash and Maddy who go above and beyond to help you with anything you need, meet you where you’re at and help you reach your goals. Couldn’t recommend more. The best gym in town!

5 /5 Laura perree: Awesome new space in a great location. The classes are excellent and offer a good variety of exercises and machine work. The trainers are all super welcoming and engaging and come around and correct form when needed. A pretty unique experience compared to other class style gyms that I’ve been do. Definitely recommend!
