North Melbourne Recreation Centre - NSW

Eve Cook Whenever I think about the gym, first and the foremost thing comes to my mind is “Listen to the iron, it can change your life” So a proper gym should have free weights, machines and an aerobic section for cardiovascular exercises. So I prefer this Recreation Centre. The trainers are very friendly and gives proper instructions. This is my favourite gym!!!

Curves Caringbah - NSW

Natalie Joy Barker I joined Curves 6 months ago and absolutely love it! Nik & Leah are great coaches, very enthusiastic, warm, and friendly. It’s a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, and the rest of the women are always so lovely. I enjoy the variety of classes and particularly when there are monthly challenges that push me to do better. I wasn’t in great shape when I first joined from working a desk job, but now with Curves I do a morning class and find it’s the best way to start to the day :)

Sacred Soul Wellness Yoga - Sutherland Shire - NSW

Dave Young Lindsay teaches an incredible Yin yoga class on Thursday nights. As someone new to yoga, I’ve found Lindsay to be welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly clear in her guidance. It’s easy to see why more experienced students, who regularly return to her class, love it so much. Yin yoga has been a fantastic way for me to begin my yoga journey. The longer holds in each pose have helped me deepen my understanding of the practice, improve my focus on breathing, and truly connect with my body. Unlike faster-paced yoga styles (which I’ve also enjoyed), Yin allows me the time to find each pose and breathe properly—something I’m still working to master in other classes. For now, Lindsays Yin class at 7 PM on Thursdays is the highlight of my week, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

JUMP! Swim Schools Noble Park - NSW

Artika Singh We moved to Jump School from a previous swimming pool where our son wasnt progressing in his lessons. Our experience with Jump school has been nothing but amazing. Our son has progressed so much. With the help of the Active App it also lets us change his lessons and see what stage his on currently. The instructors are all so friendly especially Zoe and Daniella. Our son has severe asthma and they always monitor his breathing when he does laps. Best decision we made to move him here .
