5 /5 Dave Young: Lindsay teaches an incredible Yin yoga class on Thursday nights. As someone new to yoga, I’ve found Lindsay to be welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly clear in her guidance. It’s easy to see why more experienced students, who regularly return to her class, love it so much. Yin yoga has been a fantastic way for me to begin my yoga journey. The longer holds in each pose have helped me deepen my understanding of the practice, improve my focus on breathing, and truly connect with my body. Unlike faster-paced yoga styles (which I’ve also enjoyed), Yin allows me the time to find each pose and breathe properly—something I’m still working to master in other classes. For now, Lindsays Yin class at 7 PM on Thursdays is the highlight of my week, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

I have been a member for 1.5 years and I am grateful to have found this wonderful group of teachers who support and encourage you on your journey. There are a range of classes to choose from with some of my favourites being Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Meditation. Make sure to stop by, it is a most enjoyable experience.

5 /5 Lisa Collins: Joining a new yoga studio after moving to the Sutherland Shire was a little daunting but deciding to join SSW definitely eased that. Kylie and her team are so welcoming. The studio is comfortable and calm. Regardless of what level you are at there is no judgement, pressure or intimidation. Being a shy, quieter person that was a perfect fit for me. The app makes it easy to pay & book for classes too. I’m looking forward to my yoga journey ahead with SSW.

5 /5 Gaidzionis Alexandra (Zani): This yoga studio is such a beautiful space, with beautiful people to accompany it. Definitely worth the hour trip for me! I had been attending Sharons yoga class on Wednesday afternoons, followed by Paxs breath work class. My state of being after doing these classes back to back can only be described as bliss. Both teachers are incredible, genuine, down to earth individuals that have a real passion for the work that they do, and truly embody the practises that they teach. 100% recommend this studio!! x
