Maheshika Dilshani I am thoroughly disappointed with the standards of cleanliness at Zap Gym. The condition of the gym floors is shocking — they are covered in dirt, marks, and black spots that clearly haven’t been cleaned in a long time. This is highly unsanitary, especially in a gym environment where hygiene should be a top priority to ensure members’ safety. The equipment area is no better. Dust and debris were noticeable around the workout stations, and the condition of the mats and other equipment looked neglected. This creates a poor experience for members who pay a premium expecting a clean and well-maintained facility. For a gym that promotes health and wellness, the lack of basic upkeep and attention to hygiene is unacceptable. It’s clear that regular cleaning schedules are either non-existent or not followed. The management urgently needs to address these issues by implementing proper cleaning protocols and monitoring them consistently.

One Life Fitness Center - VIC

Luke Dodge Amazing equipment at R540 pm it surpasses expectations of other gyms like super bodies. The place is massive, I didnt get a chance to take pictures of the cardio and squat area but this place is really good if you want something local in the centre of the south coast.

His knowledge of boxing from the very basics to advanced, high-level techniques is truly impressive. personal training sessions with him, and every session is motivating, challenging, and perfectly tailored to my goals. Sahil genuinely cares about his clients’ progress and always pushes you to do your best while keeping the training fun and engaging. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn boxing or improve their fitness. He is simply the best!

Olivia Villani Joining You4ia has been the best decision I have made for myself and my family. I am a full time teacher and Mum to two energetic boys. I recently turned 40 and noticed my strength and muscle tone was decreasing and the midsection was expanding even though I regularly ran and walked the dog daily. So with a friend’s recommendation I trialled You4ia and from day one I felt comfortable, supported and encouraged. The program is challenging yet adaptable and with small group sizes it feels like having your own PT. They can help with technique and ensure that you are lifting safely. Unlike the big gyms where I felt intimidated and unsure of what to do, the program at You4ia introduces you to strength training in a nurturing environment. The ever changing programs help with keeping it challenging and Noah and Matt know you and how to motivate you to reach your best. I leave every morning with so much confidence, energy and motivation to take on my day. And the best part is that I can be a role-model for my boys. They love hearing what I have achieved at You4ia and they are eager to join in the journey with me too.

Yong Kim Ive been doing personal training twice a week for over a year, and the improvement in both my physical and mental condition has been remarkable.
