All staff are legends, friendly approachable and on many occasions have been more than happy to help me with any questions about form and techniques I might have. Atmosphere is great and equipment is always in good shape. Love the rig and the team.

1 /5 Ersoy: Communication of closures have been poor lately. Arriving to Gym only to find out its closed. Happened twice.

5 /5 trinity stockwell: I have been to a number of gyms over the last few years and I am confident in saying that the rig is by far the best that I have found. The layout and quality of equipment makes training super easy. I have felt so welcomed since joining and have seen dramatic improvements over the last couple of months. Overall, this gym has provided me with a judgement-free, fun and motivational environment and I would recommend it to everyone!

5 /5 Lachlan Sidey: Found this Gym while on holidays on the central coast. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great selection of equipment which is all very modern and in good condition. I used it most days while up there and any of the members I bumped into were all polite and respectful. Would highly recommend this place.
