I truly enjoy the welcoming atmosphere and the 30-second workouts on each machine, which target both upper and lower muscles for a complete full-body workout. The staff at Curves are always incredibly friendly, supportive, and motivating.

The Yoga Manifesto + Spa - VIC

Kerbray Lovely atmosphere and a very friendly service. Although the coffee wasnt the best weve had (likely just a personal preference!), it wasnt bad at all, and the food looked decent too. The friendly staff member was great and it was very pleasant visiting briefly. Will have to try the yoga here at some point!

Decathlon Moorabbin - VIC

We also talked to Akshay who helped us alot in finding what we needed. We had a brief interaction with Emre and Isaac, who were helpful as well. Clara at the cashiers was really nice. Jason Izydorczyk I had an incredible session with Claudia, and I cant recommend her enough! Her deep understanding of anatomical fascial connections was immediately clear—she was able to pinpoint areas of tightness and weakness just by observing me stand. It was impressive how quickly she identified the root causes of my pain and limited range of motion. In just one session, she used targeted exercises that released tension and improved both my mobility and stability. I noticed a significant difference in my running afterward—my stride felt smoother and stronger. If youre looking for someone who truly knows how to assess and treat the body holistically, Claudia is amazing!
