1 /5 T Jeffery: Here is the thing. When you try to sign up for the membership, they will be happy to pickup the phone. But ever since your membership start, every time you got questions to ask, they will never be there. No one is gonna be there to answer your questions and help you out. You have ask if there is any cancellation fee and also wait time. I was told there is 2 week period of cancellation. In other words, they just telling you, the simple process of cancelling will take ridiculously 2 weeks long. I never heard of that. You will still have to pay for that! No one ever said that when I sign up the membership. Which means, you 2 weeks money is gone! I am here just to help everyone who wants to protect their rights. Also, if you are really a gym person, there is not many equipment for sure. Just small tiny corner area. Also, the screenshot of those pictures are showing that they were not picking up the phone, but these 3 times are in business hour. Also every time I called them, they didn’t pick up the phones, I personally went to the store. There were employees there.
