Daniel Stergiou Have been going to Kaos for the past 3 years, I was curious about powerlifting and reached out to Karl and he’s taken me under his wing and I’ve gone above and beyond what I thought I was capable of. The atmosphere, people, and other coaches including Jamal help push me during those times when I can’t push myself. Everyone’s so supportive and the environment feels more like a family where everyone is always welcome to come down and try out the equipment - the recovery centre upstairs is also a top tier addition to the gym and has helped my body feel the best it possibly can especially during those hard times. If you’re looking for a welcoming, yet very professional environment I’d recommend this gym to anyone.

Aritha Yulia I have been to so many gym, I must say AF is the best by far! The quality of the equipment, the size of the gym. And the staff at cromer AF super friendly. However is getting busier then it was, many people joining, so hopefully AF will add more machine especially for lower body.
