5 /5 Hansi De silva: I only started a couple of weeks ago, and it has been amazing! I’ve mostly exercised on my own in the past, so it feels fantastic to be part of a group workout session. Jake is an incredible trainer — he’s supportive, constantly checks in to make sure you’re comfortable with the pace, and is always patient and approachable. Both my husband and I really enjoy our weekly sessions, it doesn’t feel like a traditional gym setup, which we’ve never liked. We’re truly enjoying Jake’s program and have already started noticing results, even though it’s only been a few weeks!
