As a busy parent, the quick, full-body functional workouts have been a game-changer—just 40 minutes in and out, and Im done for the day. Plus, Jake does an incredible job tailoring exercises to accommodate my old knee injury, making every session both effective and safe. 100% recommend.

Jake is an incredible trainer — he’s supportive, constantly checks in to make sure you’re comfortable with the pace, and is always patient and approachable. Both my husband and I really enjoy our weekly sessions, it doesn’t feel like a traditional gym setup, which we’ve never liked. We’re truly enjoying Jake’s program and have already started noticing results, even though it’s only been a few weeks!

I started training with the aim to get back into fitness postpartum and I can honestly say that Jake has supported me throughout. Jake provides a kid-friendly atmosphere, so I highly recommend the gym to parents who need to bring their children.

5 /5 Josephine Lynch: Honest to goodness couldnt ask for a better gym. Small intimate groups that makes working out fun and never intimidating. I joined Fit 40 with a broken foot and in a boot. Jake has adjusted my workouts right from the start. 6 months ago my car got hit by a kangaroo and has caused some damage to my left shoulder. Every workout has been adjusted to accommodate my rehab. And now we have a tradgic diagnosis about my hip, also from the kangaroo. Absolutely no lower body workouts allowed and Im on crutches. Im not allowed to walk. But Jake has accommodated so I can still come everyday and get a workout in. Please, if youre injured, dont let that stop you from reaching your goals. And Jake is there to help you reach them.
