Michael OMeara Really awesome gym and one thats unlike any one that Ive been a part of. The focus is firmly on building fitness, and working with each individual based on their individual needs, capabilities and limitations (makes sense, right?). The team are awesome at promoting the philosophy of pushing yourself without hurting yourself, and the its clear that the community is incredibly welcoming, positive and supportive. Whether youre new to gyms or a veteran I cant recommend FBFM enough.

Jenny Adair Lauren is an amazing Pilates reformer instructor. She explains and demonstrates when necessary each component of the class. The classes are well planned and are always challenging and have great variety. The classes are small so Lauren can really keep an eye on our technique. Highly recommend.

Anita Murillo Id like to give a shout out to JADE!! She is Amazing and made my re-enrollment a FANTASTIC experience!! I have to brag on your Location, I was a former member but my daughter and I cancelled our membership due to relocating further Richmond near Katy. After visiting and calling a couple of locations closer to me I realized what a GEM your Studio/Gym is! It is also very clean and organized! ..Kuddos to the girls that previously worked there and who gave excellent customer service and Hats off to JADE for being so bubbly over the phone and genuine! The sign up process was smooth and she was even signing up another new member! Fabulous multitasking abilities!
