I had abdominal separation which was quickly addressed through Liane and Larissa’s expertise and guidance. I continued going throughout and post my second pregnancy, where I was always looked after with the upmost care. The classes are small so all of the exercises are specifically tailored to your body and needs. After two babies my body feels strong and I can confidently credit that to the amazing classes at Pilates Connection.
