Odeya I recently had a flare-up of an old knee injury, and my physio recommended consistent but controlled exercise. After about 4 weeks of classes with Michelle, the pain has completely gone!
Using the springboard is such a fun and different way to work out, and having a physiotherapist guide the classes is a game changer.
Michelle is so warm and friendly, and is super attentive to everyone in the class. She always knows how to tailor exercises and adjust form for myself and other people with different injuries and abilities, and I am so grateful Ive been able to build strength and reduce my pain in such a fun and safe environment.
