E V Absolutely love this place! I can’t recommend this Pilates studio enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth it’s a completely safe, welcoming space for everyone, no matter your shape, size, or fitness level. The instructors are incredibly supportive and meet you exactly where you’re at, whether you’re a total beginner or have been practising for years. What I love most is how empowering each class feels. You never feel judged or out of place just encouraged to move your body, build strength, and feel good. Every session leaves me feeling calmer, stronger, and more confident. If you’re looking for a studio that’s about progress, not perfection, this is the place. It’s not just Pilates it’s community, energy, and self-care all in one.

Tiarna Martin Amish is an amazing trainer! His intelligence and motivation has helped me to achieve my goals and obtain great results. His devotion has guided me and completely transformed my life, I could not thank him enough. Highly recommend!

Rehana Di Rico We celebrated my daughters 1st birthday here. Terrific venue for kids birthday parties. Really responsive event space coordinator Rochelle. Lovely size octagonal room with great natural light and flows into outdoor area with synthetic grass and toys. Well equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. Furniture, sound system, tv included.

Ivana Charbel is a great physio! I have seen him consistently for a couple months now for a number of different issues, each reason being progressed/resolved with each session. He answers any and all questions I have to better understand the issue at hand and my body in general. Works with me to find solutions that will work best for my situation/lifestyle and past injuries. He is very friendly along with the rest of the staff I’ve interacted with across 2 sites.
