Debbie Gruber I started training with Jayden weekly about 4 weeks ago and I can already feel the difference in my fitness and strength . Jayden changes the session every week to include strength training cardio and weights. He is fantastic and motivates me to push myself to achieve best results. The gym is huge with new equipment, fans, air conditioning and chilled water . I highly recommend studio 46 and it is a friendly environment with all age groups

The trainers are so knowledgeable and approachable, which made me feel welcome even after being nervous to join a gym again post-kids.
