Jessie chen Donna is the best instructor I have ever met. She cares about everyone in the class and is always kind and supportive. I love her class but sadly I moved a bit far away from this studio. Highly recommend her to anyone lives nearby.

MD Health Kew East - VIC

James Fox I went to MD Health with a back injury preventing me from playing footy. As soon as I walked through the doors the team was friendly, kind and professional. Previously Id seen 3 different physios and all of them were unable to resolve or identify my back injury after 2 months. I then started working with the team at MD health for 2 weeks and Id noticed a little bit of improvement. But after a few more weeks working along side them twice a week we finally discovered the root cause of the injury and spent our sessions working on strengthening the glute medius. After a month of seeing the team I was able to return to playing footy and have now been back playing for 3 months. The back is better then ever and Im back to enjoying life again. Can not recommend enough!
