SRC Health I really enjoy the classes at CP. Instructors are great, unfortunately no classes at 8am Mon/Wed & Thursday. These classes were popular so do not understand why they are no longer available.

Alex Arrived at 4:30 for my 4:30 class after paying 35$ and the door was closed. No one answered the phone. So disappointed terrible customer service never had any issues like this at other Pilates studios. Would not recommend

Olivia Collins A disciplined and enjoyable full body workout, Halas Reformer Pilates class both challenges and nourishes mind, body and soul. The studio is light and spacious, and the expert instructors calmly guide students through the class so that the movement is continuous and transitions between each exercise seamless - I leave feeling energised, focused and balanced. I highly recommend Halas Reformer Pilates classes to other athletes, active mums or anyone looking to fine-tune their performance and feel great doing it!

Wendy After trying out many pilates studios around the area, Hala Whole Body is my favourite one by far. Everyone is so friendly, the studio is stunning and I get my butt kicked in every class (in a good booty burning way). Thanks Mel, Sarah, Ellie, Tanysha & Carol for always teaching great classes

Roi Avidan Unreasonably treating parents as if were dogs who wait outside the house for their kids. On a sunny day I was expected to sit 20m away from the gymnasium on a left over chair in a semi shaded space (see photo) for an hour while my child, who was excited about me seeing him do the exercises, is inside and out of view. My only regret is that my son liked the class. Don’t make the same mistake - spare yourself the annoyance

Petr Kolarik I’ve been coming to this gym for the past 2–3 years, and honestly, it’s become so much more than just a place to work out. It’s helped me stay fit and healthy at my age, but also introduced me to some great friendships along the way. The location in Port Melbourne is super convenient — parking is easy and the place is always accessible. It can get busy, but the energy is motivating. The coaches are not only friendly but also really know their stuff. They make sure your technique is on point while still pushing you to get the most out of every session. If you’re looking for a place that actually helps you reach your fitness goals and keeps you coming back, this is it.

Sarah Mazza I have been to many gyms over the past 10 years, and REVL is by far the best programming I have come across. There are two types of programs you can follow, PERFORM which is for those who are after improving their heavy lifts and want to work towards their 1RM, and then there is MOVE which is for those who are wanting to keep strong and fit without the seriously heavy lifting. Something for everyone in my opinion and the coaches and community are what make the gym! Highly recommend!!

Cassandra Polese Easily the best pilates studio I’ve experienced (by a mile!). Lisa and the trainers are unmatched. They’re attentive to every person in the class, and their flows are just crazy good. I’ve never felt stronger. If you’re looking for a challenging but fun workout, Ash and Lisa’s advanced classes are a must. They’ve created such a warm, welcoming and beautiful community. I couldn’t love or recommend this place more!

Gerri M I started attending group classes at BossFit years ago and absolutely loved them. After taking a break during COVID, I unfortunately injured my shoulders and decided to start personal training sessions with Dave Richardson twice a week to help with my rehab. A year later, I’m not only fully recovered but also stronger than ever! Dave has been fantastic throughout the process. What I appreciate the most is Dave’s ability to modify exercises on the fly, ensuring I’m always challenged but never at risk of further injury. I’m constantly surprising myself with what I can achieve in our sessions—exercises that seemed impossible when I first started are now part of my regular routine, and I barely even think twice about them. I genuinely look forward to our sessions, not just for the workout but also for the funny chats and banter. If you’re looking for a personal trainer who’s extremely skilled, adaptable, and great to be around, I highly recommend Dave at BossFit!

He always asks if someone has special needs or something he would consider in the training. David and the group are very motivating and it’s a good spirit in the gym. The place itself is small, but perfectly equipped, what I really like.

Daniel Hayes This is everything you could want in a MMA Gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and attentive. You will be pushed out of your comfort zone but never overwhelmed, after all this is about becoming a fighter. The fee structure is the best youll find. You can pay for individual classes, packs of classes or a monthly membership which is perfect for me with my unique work/life balance. There is a true sense of family here which I wasnt expecting. Theres no egos, just real people turning up and doing the hard work. Dont feel intimidated - just turn up like I did with your exercise gear and a good attitude. Theres a lifetime of learning to be had at Southside for fighters at all levels.

Peter Steele Great for anyone who wants to use the free services, sadly a lot of people just sit on and rest. Bird poo on some equipment also. I would love to see some shade over the entire thing also

sventek Havent actually used it myself but saw it from afar and took these pics , looks like a pretty decent outdoor gym! Looks like it has a sit up board, leg and chest press, cycle, pull down machine, and a number of other stretching or twisting exercises! Seems new or at least in pretty good condition.

Sarah Mallett Starting with Jamie Fitness and training with Sam at Snap Fitness Port Melbourne has been such a great experience. I’d only ever trained with PTs in small gyms before, so getting back into it with proper guidance made all the difference. Sam helped me ease into strength training, build confidence, and focus on overall health and weight loss. Highly recommend Jamie Fitness if you’re looking for a supportive, structured way to get started again!

David Leo I joined Jamie Fitness for the 21-day kickstarter program, and in just a few weeks, I saw great results. My squats improved from 40 to 50 kg, and my lat pulldown from 30 to 40 kg. I also feel a lot more confident with my technique now. The guidance and structure during the program really helped me stay on track. Highly recommend Jamie Fitness for anyone looking to build strength and confidence!
