Dulcie Devdutt Training with Carolyn has been the most amazing experience I have gifted myself. It is the only activity that I’ve consistently performed and always looked forward too. I feel accountable to myself and to Carolyn and she makes every PT session fun and exciting despite the well deserved soreness after. Carolyn is always accomodating with my changing work schedules. She has an infectious smile and personality that makes training with her a fun experience.

Snap Fitness 24/7 Mulgrave-Waverley Gardens - VIC

Nathan Mylonas At the start of this gym, I didn’t really enjoy it when Ken was the manager since there weren’t any classes and it felt like something was missing. Since Jerry took over, he’s brought in a lot of great classes like boxing, strength, and endurance, which make me feel more comfortable and committed to coming in regularly. Julien, the personal trainer, also does a free first session to help people get started and runs some of the classes too, which is really helpful. The equipment is up to date, gym is always clean, the classes are fun and motivating, and the monthly challenges keep things interesting. I’ve even gotten some of my friends to join, and they’ve had the same positive experience. Overall, this gym has improved a lot. I don’t think I’d still be coming to this gym and probably would have joined a different gym entirely if it wasn’t for Jerry adding these classes and the fun conversations in the classes.

FITNESS SMOOTHIES - VIC

elisa mets there are honestly soooooo many smoothie options it took us so long decide! there’s absolutely something for everyone. the red velvet had that choc-berry hit and the peanut butter was soooooooo creamy. my matcha was super fluffy with plenty of banana and protein powder, the hint of matcha was subtle. oh boy their smoothie bowls are basically like eating a giant bowl of gelato. chocolatey, stretchy, creamy….sooo so good! loved the crunch of the toppings too but we def should’ve asked for strawbs instead of banana on top since all the smoothies and the bowl was packed with heaps of banana already! perfect pre/post your workout, or if you need a pick me up. they’ve got juices, smoothies, protein balls aaaand also they’re easily located right outside windsor station, such a win!

Wellness Pilates West Ryde - VIC

Michelle H I’ve been coming to Wellness Pilates West Ryde for almost a year and have really enjoyed it! It’s a small studio with four beds. Even though this means classes get booked out quickly, it also means that the instructors are able to pay more attention to what you are doing - and having the correct technique is worth it to make the most of the exercises and to avoid injury. I also appreciate the quality of the reformer beds. Would recommend!
