Aysha Khan So exciting that Soul Athletic Club has finally opened its second location in Frenchs Forest, and it’s amazing! If you thought their first location in Mosman was aesthetically pleasing, the Frenchs Forest one is on a whole new level. Walking in, you wouldn’t believe you’re in Forestway Shopping Centre. The gym sets a very high standard with its beautiful design and state-of-the-art equipment. Plus, the private saunas are such a fantastic touch. Highly recommend checking it out!

Briana McNeil Fantastic Environment – Highly Recommend! Gracie Barra Caringbah has been amazing for my son. From the moment we walked in, the coaches and staff were incredibly welcoming and made him feel comfortable right away. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere really sets it apart. The instructors are not only skilled and professional, but also genuinely supportive and great with kids. They do an excellent job balancing discipline, respect, and fun. My son looks forward to his class and has grown so much in confidence, fitness, and focus since starting. It’s clear that Gracie Barra Caringbah values building a strong, positive community. We highly recommend joining GB Caringbah.
