Victoria Cook Julia Hebb was amazing as our Mortgage Broker. She was always available for sound advice, responsive to our needs and got us a great deal on a mortgage, despite some credit rating issues. Would recommend her in a heart beat. I totally respect other reviews, and I understand banking experiences could be very different for everyone. I can only say my visit today is very pleasant. The waiting period was a bit long, but the two staff who helped me were both very friendly and helpful. They showed me the right direction to the next steps.
